Just thought I’d chime in with my first disappointment with
this course. Basically a key theme is to
build a list. Methods with which others have enjoyed success are
laid out.
Well I thought I go ahead and use one of the methods. It
took some time and effort but I posted over on a forum where I thought I’d get
a good audience.
So what I want people to do is sign up to receive
communications from me. To encourage
this action in return you will receive a free book containing some select
knowledge.
Chose my forum carefully, thought I was in the right
place. I got 156 views and not a single
taker yet.
I think it is likely my implementation is not great. First attempt and all that sort of stuff
though it demonstrate s that a certain amount of ability to connect with people
is necessary, which is possibly where I'm lacking.
C’est la vie. I’ll try to refine and move on to the next method and see how I get on. I will try to report again this weekend.
